1) Services

Service Call Team provides call handling, lead capture, appointment scheduling support, and related customer communication services for businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and scope may vary by client and will be confirmed separately (by email, invoice, proposal, or service agreement).


2) Website Use

You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse website content or functionality.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe website use violates these Terms.


3) No Professional Advice

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.


4) Messaging and Communications (SMS / Calls)

If you provide your phone number or otherwise opt in, you agree that Service Call Team may contact you by phone call and/or SMS for service-related communications, including:
Responding to inquiries
Confirming appointments or requests
Follow-ups related to your inquiry or account

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time.
Help: Reply HELP for help, or email sahil@servicecallteam.com.

Consent: Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.


5) Client Responsibilities

If you are a client using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information (hours, service area, pricing guidance, booking rules, etc.).
Keep your contact and routing details current.
Review leads/appointments promptly and confirm availability as needed.
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including consumer communications and privacy laws).


6) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms to provide services (for example: telephony/SMS providers, scheduling tools, CRM/automation tools, analytics, hosting). We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third parties. Third-party terms may also apply.


7) Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Fees, billing cadence, and any setup costs will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Monthly/recurring service fees are billed in advance for the service period.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8) Service Limitations and Disclaimer

We work to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee:
A specific number of leads, booked jobs, or revenue outcomes
That every caller will be perfectly understood
That all calls/messages will be captured without interruption

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.


9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Call Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


10) Intellectual Property

All website content (text, design, logos, graphics) is owned by Service Call Team or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.


11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the services
We are required to do so by law or a provider

Clients may cancel services according to their service agreement or written terms provided at signup.


12) Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Service Call Team operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
